Here are the details DDHS students need to know about the upcoming 2012 Junior Class Prom.
Prom will be held at the Grand Ballroom of Lake Lawn Resort, starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 5.
This year’s theme is “Dancing in the Dark.”
Dinner is at 6:30 p.m., with dancing starting at 7:30 p.m. The grand march for the prom court is at 9 p.m. The prom ends at 11 p.m.
Post-prom will be held at DDHS from 10:30 p.m. until 2 a.m.
The cost is $40 per person. Tickets will be on sale May 1-3 during the lunch periods in the DDHS cafeteria. Tickets include dinner, the dance, a photo booth session and admission to post-prom. Post-prom only tickets are also available during the lunch periods on those days for $10.
Post-prom details are still being worked out, but some possibilities may include swimming, movie showing on the big screen in the auditorium, Wii games, music in the Commons and more.
