The Walworth County Sunday newspaper had a feature story on two Delavan-Darien High School grads and their quest to bring improv comedy to area schools and hot spots in their college city.

Evan Koepnick, class of 2007, and Jazmin Vollmar, class of 2006, are two of the original members of the Milwaukee improv comedy troupe, Homegrown Electric Circus. They’re also both fine arts majors at UW-Milwaukee.

The two and some classmates from their theater sports 101 class started the troupe and have been performing around Milwaukee. Recently, they put on a show at DDHS with high school students, and

they plan to come back to Delavan for a performance at Phoenix Middle School Jan. 27, according to the paper.
