The DDHS varsity boys basketball team lost a tough, hard-fought game, 66-52, on Nov. 23 against visiting Janesville Parker.
Parker was able to open up an 11-point halftime lead with a 8-0 run at the end of the second quarter.
The Comets closed the gap to single digits twice in the second half but were unable to get over the hump.
Jesse Collins had a huge game for the Comets with 23 points.
DDHS could not overcome a 31-13 disadvantage on the glass.
