On Tuesday, Feb. 17, The Science Alliance from Lake Geneva, came to Darien Elementary and spent the day with students from 4K-3rd grade.

Students learned about different Science experiments, how chemicals react with each other, and made their own Science creation! Students also saw how mixing chemicals create loud noises and how when chemicals are mixed you may get different colors.

They also saw how a mix of chemicals can turn into something that looked like cotton candy! Students had a great time and learned a lot about Science.
