DDHS One-Acts take stage this weekend

Don’t miss two days of one-acts, presented by Delavan-Darien High School thespians!

“Murder on the Center Stage,” “It’s A Small World,” and “Action News: Now with 10% More Action” will be presented at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 16, and 3 p.m. Sunday, May 17, on the DDHS auditorium stage, 150 Cummings St., Delavan.

Tickets are $3 at the door or free with DDHS activity passes.

“Murder on Center Stage” is a 9 person cast of upperclassman. It is a three act play that is a murder/suspense drama and is really for a mature audience. It is directed by DDHS vocal music teacher Jim Larson.

“It’s a Small World” is a fast-moving story about three blind dates. The six-person cast  is also mostly upperclassman. It is directed by DDHS junior Anya Jeninga.

“Action News: Now with 10% More Action” is a one-act play that can accommodate a large cast. Some of the news stories were adapted and created by our young, but very talented cast. This play is directed by Turtle Creek second grade teacher and assistant play director Lisa Seitz.

Don’t miss the two days of fun with these one-act plays!
