Help out at our Phoenix Middle School Career Fair

careerfair_1Want to show off what you do at work? Help inform kids to make the right decisions with what to do when they grow up? Now is your chance.

Phoenix Middle School is hosting a Career Fair on Wednesday, May 18, from 7 a.m. until noon (doors open for setup at 6:45 am).

This is an opportunity for students to learn more about different careers across the Southeastern Wisconsin area. You can sign up for a table (by May 11) and share your knowledge with students.

“This will be a great opportunity to share more information about your career area with middle school students,” said school Counselor Steve Gross. “Our Career Fair is focused on having our students learn more about your career, through hands-on and interactive activities where possible.”

All participating professionals will have a station located either in the gymnasium or outdoor area, as necessary. We encourage you to please bring your own signage and associated materials for your career area.

Please contact Steve Gross (sgross@ddschools.org) or Cindy Yager (cyager@ddschools.org) if you have other questions or concerns.

Volunteers interested in presenting should RSVP by Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
