WITH ALL OUR GRATITUDE TO THE BURLINGTON DEMONS SOFTBALL TEAM:

Our DDHS staff had started a collection drive for a local family displaced by a fire, but what the Burlington Demons Softball team did was not only unexpected, but unspeakably amazing…

Having learned that the family home of Comets player Holly Allen was destroyed by fire, smoke and water last week Friday, the Demons softball squad put together a collection for the family and delivered the goods (money, food, clothing and support) to Holly when the teams met again on Monday!!!

Thank You, Burlington Players, Students, Families and Fellow Humans for your hospitality and thoughtfulness for your competitors in a time their greatest need.
