DDHS announces May 2016 Rotary Students

Danielle Mohr, daughter of Mae and Rob Mohr, and Cole Castel, son of Gina and Jeremy Castel, have been selected as the Delavan Rotary Club students for the month of May.

Danielle participates in soccer, basketball, volleyball, orchestra, student council and Art club. She is a member of the National Honor Society. Danielle volunteers with the DD Booster Club, the Lacrosse Tournament, Our Redeemer church, neighborhood events, and playground restoration. Danielle plans to attend UW Madison and major in art education.

Cole participates in football, swim, track & field, marching band, and concert band..He is a member of the National Honor Society. Cole volunteers with the SCST swim team, the Walworth county farmer’s market, St Andrew’s Festival and the DD Booster Club. Cole also tutors chemistry and physics students. After high school Cole plans to attend UW-Eau Claire and major in Materials Science.

As recipients of this award, Danielle and Cole were escorted by an administrator at DDHS to the Rotary Club luncheon at Lake Lawn Lodge on May 16, 2016.
